One of, if not the best experiences I've had with a Law Office. Price and his team did all the "heavy lifting" while making my appeal process as easy as it could've been on me. While I didn't have a "calendar" on, or a need for quick outcome, Price never let me feel as though he took advantage of my flexibility. Their information collecting never felt burdensome and I felt as though I was kept informed on each step of the appeal process. My initial contact with the team took the "fear" away that came with the Discontinuance of Benefits notification into confidence in getting a favorable outcome. I could not provide a better recommendation Price and his team to anyone who needs to fight for their continuation of benefits. My legal suit was in two parts my first Attorney thought that wouldn’t be any problem and he would handle it anyway it wound up being a lot more involved in. He thought it would be in my claim was denied for the second time so I only had one appeal left, and I was also battling Social Security on the same claim and we kind of let time slip away and then we realized we still had the insurance companies claim to follow up on and when we looked, we only had 10 days to refi well, I went on the Internet and started going through all the available attorneys and wrote a whole list down and started phoning, hoping to get a response from One fairly quickly but over the next 2 to 3 days all I received were responses that they were too busy or they didn’t have enough time to prepare a case and then I had all been given up when I got a call back from Price McNamara and we discussed the case briefly and he told me that he would be able to take on the case and more information he needed. My wife and I were so relieved because actually his name was the last name on our list and not that we went by who was listed as top to bottom as far as quality of work we just went down as far as who did that type of work. And we were very pleased with the professionalism from his office staff to Mr. McNamara himself!. Mr. McNamara explained everything extremely well and I think gave us very good advice and I definitely would recommend Mr. McNamara and his law firm because I know if I need any other legal help. I will definitely be going back to them no reservations.!

The LTD system is incredibly stressful and overwhelming — full of loopholes, constant paperwork, short deadlines, and the exhausting feeling of having to repeatedly defend an illness you are already living with every day.
Price knowledgeable, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the entire process. He understood not only the legal side of disability claims, but also the emotional toll it takes on someone who is already sick and simply trying to get through day-to-day life. Dana did a great job helping me with follow ups and paperwork with great communication.
Having Price in my corner lifted an enormous burden from me. His guidance, professionalism, and advocacy gave me reassurance and protection when I needed it most. I genuinely do not know how I would have navigated this without him.

I reached out to J Price Mcnamara after insurance denied part of a life insurance claim which was through my workplace. I reached out and they contacted me within hours! I suffered from a job-related incident that immediately affected my ability to work and even do much at all and of course my health along with it. When I saw my doctor, he immediately wrote a non-return to work letter to the company I worked for. The Company I worked for placed me on short term disability that paid me. When short term disability ran out long term disability was supposed to start paying me but denied my case even though I had seen several doctors and was still not being released to work. I had no income at all. Mr. Price McNamara's law firm handled my case and the insurance company started paying me along with backpay they owed me. They are very professional but at the same time very friendly and caring. Erika one of the employees with this firm played a vital role keeping me updated and informed of what was going on during the process and often times encouraged me.
